MOJARRA

 It is a colombian dish,fish , oil, Salt, lemon

PREPARATION:

Open the mojarras, clean them and marinate them inside with salt and lemon, leaving them like that for 5 minutes so that they take on flavor. Fry them in plenty of hot oil for 15 minutes, lower the heat and cook until golden brown on both sides. This dish can be accompanied with patacones, a good portion of rice with coconut and a tomato and onion salad.
